It's a bright 750 square-foot apartment that boasts high cathedral wooden ceilings with beams. There are sky lights that keep the space bright and airy. There is an "ocean-sliver" view of the beach/ocean from the living room. You will have no upstairs or downstairs neighbors or shared-wall neighbors -- this is an individual detached apartment on a private property (owner lives in separated front unit.) Well-behaved dog allowed with a pet deposit. The apartment comes with a parking space in a closed tandem garage. Second garage spot could be available also. The unit has a new and powerful mini-split AC/Heater, which covers the living area and the bedroom. Great restaurants and nightlife less than a block away. **Testimonial from current tenants: "We're so sad to be leaving this apartment. The location is a dream: steps from the beach, walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and bars, and the natural sunlight in the unit is beautiful. We've been able to enjoy music, watch TV, and just relax without any outside noise bleeding in. The space itself is a great size, perfect for a couple or someone living solo, and it has a lot of charm. Also, having GP as our land-lord has made this experience even better. He's been incredibly responsive anytime we needed something, and is just an amazing person to rent from and to have as a neighbor. We're only leaving because of a job opportunity and a move to be closer to family. If not for that, we'd easily see ourselves staying here for years to come.
