It's a bright 750 square-foot apartment that boasts high cathedral wooden ceilings with beams. There are sky lights that keep the space bright and airy. There is an "ocean-sliver" view of the beach/ocean from the living room. You will have no upstairs or downstairs neighbors or shared-wall neighbors -- this is an individual detached apartment on a private property (owner lives in separated front unit.) Well-behaved dog allowed with a pet deposit. The apartment comes with a parking space in a closed tandem garage. Second garage spot could be available also. The unit has a new and powerful mini-split AC/Heater, which covers the living area and the bedroom. Great restaurants and nightlife less than a block away. **Testimonial from current tenants: "We're so sad to be leaving this apartment. He's been incredibly responsive anytime we needed something, and is just an amazing person to rent from and to have as a neighbor. We're only leaving because of a job opportunity and a move to be closer to family. If not for that, we'd easily see ourselves staying here for years to come.
