We are a couple renting the home (not a big rental company) who live about five minutes from the home and are hoping for applicants who are seeking to rent long term. The community consists of 8 townhomes and all the neighbors are friendly and tight-knit. As such, ideal applicants would be conscientious of all neighbors' peace (get togethers and backyard parties totally fine, we would just request no 4:00am ragers or incredibly loud music!). Applicants are subject to a credit check. Security deposit of half month's rent due upon signing of the lease.
