28947 condo 2+1 807sq ft inside . attached patio with fence extra storage place in closet off of patio outside. unit 30 minutes to Zuma Beach! shop at Ralphs or Vons Walk to shopping. best schools probably in Southern California according to school rating to get a good education. there are parks around the area that are nice to walk in . The living room area has an air conditioner through wall 10,000 BTU the second bedroom has a window air conditioner... With both air conditioners on and doors open and a fan blowing into the master the whole unit stays cool. pets are okay (small pets) $5,500 moves You in. ($2,750 plus $2,750 cleaning deposit. The unit renter will be charged for cleaning fees upon leaving if the unit is damaged or dirty... Unless the renter leaves the unit looking exactly the same as when he or she moved in... otherwise you would get your cleaning deposit refund (minus any cleaning fees) back within a certain number of days . The minimum rental Lease is 12 months... if You like the place you can rent it longer, and we would re-sign a new lease. If you have any particular questions I'd be glad to answer them I lived in the condo myself for 35 years. I live in thousand oaks now, about 10 mi away. I would require that if you rented my condominium out that you have a renters insurance policy to cover your own personal belongings and in case any of your guests should have an accident while they visited you. (You would like a verification of that insurance policy to hold.) the building itself is covered fire etc through a general policy but it does not include renters belongings, things You own... If you're interested I am willing to show it to you next day/afternoon. a solid job, and a good credit rating is a plus. I would like to look at those informations from you... If you're seriously applying to different homeowners landlords to rent a unit I would highly advise you to use Apartments dot com fill out the form for $25 you can send copies at that point to anyone you want to rent a unit from is well worth the money...
