The kitchen is designed for efficiency and the bright and sunny eat in kitchen area is perfect for casual meals. The formal dining room is a lovely spot for holiday dinners or entertaining.   A washer and dryer,  as well as weekly trash and recycling pick up are conviently included, as well as Wifi. For safety and peace of mind, security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are  installed.  This clean, spacious apartment is truly a gem of a rental. Renters reference: "To Whom It May Concern: We were tenants of Gina and Billy’s for the past 14 months, and we had a fantastic experience with them as our landlords. They were kind, respectful, understanding, and always responsive. When we first moved in, there was an issue with the washing machine, and they immediately scheduled maintenance and solved the problem. This response was representative of our experience throughout our time renting here. Gina and Billy both clearly care about this home and treat it as such. We have both been renters for over a decade, and this is by far the best experience we have had. The home is situated on a quiet street and the grounds are beautiful—a well-maintained lawn with beautiful trees and flowering shrubs. It’s a short drive to the village of Cold Spring and all it has to offer, and a stones throw from numerous fantastic spots for outdoor recreation.
