Beautifully crafted townhome with windows on 3 sides has 3-bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2-car garage in downtown North Bend less than 3 years old and provides beautiful light and views of Mt. Si and the peaks leading up to Snoqualmie Pass. The home has both a front and back deck and is on a green space trail that connects to both the historic North Bend downtown and trails for walking, biking, and hiking along the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River, all within walking distance. All bedrooms have an attached bathroom and walk-in closet, perfect for families of all sizes or for hosting out-of-town guests or using as an office. The two bedrooms on the third level have closet systems to maximize storage and the main floor has a flex room with an expansive closet that has been outfitted with abundant bookshelves and storage drawers. Second bedroom on third level (not the primary) comes with a built-in queen-sized Murphy bed unit (2 drawers on either side, and bookshelves) and a new queen-sized mattress. The pantry has a floor to ceiling Elfa storage system complete with pull out shelves for larger appliances and canned goods. The back deck has a large storage closet and ample room for a barbeque and several deck chairs. The large dining area adjacent to the kitchen has fantastic views of the mountains and the rising sun to the East. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances all less than 1 year old and stylish quarts countertops with tile backsplash. LVP is on the entry, throughout the main level, and in the bathrooms, with neutral carpeting on the stairs, bedrooms, and third floor hallway. Nine-foot ceilings on the 2nd and 3rd floor enhanced by the tall windows allow for abundant natural light throughout the home. The home is equipped with an ADT system that just needs to be activated by the tenant. All appliances including washer, dryer, and garage door opener are included. The townhome is conveniently located for easy access to I-90 whether you are going for a 15-minute drive East to Snoqualmie Summit or West to Issaquah, or 30 minutes West to Bellevue and Seattle. Wonderful Snoqualmie Valley School District and Parks Department provide activities and community events throughout the year. The home is currently occupied and out of respect for my tenants, showings will only be available on Saturdays between 10am-4pm and Tuesdays or Wednesdays between 4:00-6:30 pm starting 3/17/2026.
