There is a small sitting porch and a larger covered back porch for resident use. Parking is in the well-lit lot which is entered from Euclid Ave. Coin operated washer and dryer in the basement room is only $1.00 per load to cover the extra water and electricity. This is a popular one-bedroom unit that tends to attract longer term residents, graduates, music majors, etc. due to its charm and proximity to the Singletary Center for the Arts. Heat for the house comes from the original hot water boiler system which produces the nicest heat available through the radiators under each window. Cooling is provided by a window A/C unit. Water and Electric utilities are included. For the safety and security of all residents we have established a policy that you must be either a student, or faculty or staff member at UK with a need to be close to the university to be able to reside in these units.

The entire apartment faces to the South & West such that it receives a lot of sunlight. The kitchen is very basic but has plenty of room for a table and two chairs. 10 ft. ceilings, original 1908 moldings and wood floors. Located upstairs of the internal foyer entrance. Whole house shares a very large front porch. Three parking spaces are included in the rear lot (entrance on Euclid Ave.) which is very well lit at night.
