Recent updates complete with two 4K Roku Smart TV's, 1GB Fiber wireless internet, and modern cement flooring, with a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer & dryer! This is your open concept, modern apartment home that includes all the amenities you would expect for a long stay such as a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots&pans, etc!), washer and dryer, and a peaceful, private patio in a lush and mature backyard to enjoy after a long day working or playing. Your home away from home! Apartment is a bright and cozy space with a large french door entry into the living room that lets you enjoy the outdoors whether it is summer or winter. This element brings abundant light into the open concept living room and kitchen. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed separate from the living space with an updated bathroom including a walk-in travertine shower. Washer and Dryer, along with custom built-in shelves in the bedroom closet, are included for your laundry and clothes storage! - 1GB Fiber wireless internet included along with two 4K Roku Smart TV's in the living room and bedroom (easy access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc with your own subscriptions). This is the downstairs unit. - NO SMOKING -- $250 fee - Pre-approved dogs allowed with additional pet fee per month. Sorry, no cats. Dog must be well-behaved and quiet (no excessive barking -- sensitive neighbors and upstairs guests!). It is understood by guest that if dog damages any property the host must be properly notified and reimbursed for damage done. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste into outdoor trash receptacle. $250 fee for any undisclosed animal. - Property is on SEPTIC -- please do not flush anything but toilet paper down toilet (even if it says "flushable") and do not put large food items down garbage disposal (including coffee grounds and oil), only small crumbs. - Trash pick-up is Friday mornings (recycling is every other week) -- please work with upstairs guests and place trash and recycling bins beside curb Thursday night and return bins to driveway Friday afternoon.
