I'm open to renting again to a group of mature College Students. PROPERTY MUST BE SEEN IN PERSON before a rental agreement can be completed. Total household earnings must equal at least 2x monthly rent amount. College student will most likely need their parents to co-sign. If accepted tenant (s) shall provide one month rent + security deposit ($4,400). Most furnishings seen in photos can remain, or can be removed, as desired. Small/Med sized Dogs or Cats are okay per screening + $250 security deposit per animal, 2 animals max.
