BR Area: 1 brand new Samsung HD TV, 1 brand new daybed, 2 brand new under-bed drawers, 1 brand new wardrobe for hanging clothes, and 1 brand new giant mirror over daybed. Newly built BR includes, shower stall, toilet, sink, tile floor, 2 mirrors, and plenty of storage space. Wood laminate flooring in main area/kitchen and BR area. Private entrance behind a locked gate, shared back yard, back-deck access. WIFI, electricity/water included. Washer/dryer access on premises. Plenty of street parking with no hourly limits. Outdoor video security monitoring. This is a non-smoking property. No cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or smoking of any kind is allowed in the guest house or on the property, whatsoever. One mile from Sherman Oaks Galleria and Ventura Blvd. Target, Staples, Ralph's, Whole Foods, Costco, CVS, CHASE, 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness all very close by. I live in the main house next to the guest house. I am looking for the right fit as there will be occasional interactions passing in the laundry room and on shared exterior property. If you are a moody, angry person, please do not apply. I have an amazing guest house in a super quiet, very nice, safe, family neighborhood.
