Plenty of free street parking around the home and double driveway parking in the back along with two indoor garage stalls. Early check-in or late check-out is available with a 1-hour flexibility for a $35 fee, subject to approval. A $250 fee will apply if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any parties, loud disturbances, or unauthorized events. McCauley is a vibrant and historic neighborhood in Central Edmonton, known for its cultural diversity, rich character, and unbeatable location just minutes from downtown. Guests are within walking distance of Commonwealth Stadium, the Expo Centre, and Rogers Place, making it a great base for sports fans, event-goers, and concert lovers. The area is also steps away from Little Italy and Chinatown, offering a unique culinary experience with local cafes, bakeries, and authentic international cuisine. McCauley is well connected by public transit and major roads, offering easy access to downtown, the River Valley trails, and NAIT or Royal Alexandra Hospital. You’ll also find grocery stores, parks, and local shops nearby, giving you the essentials without the hustle of suburban sprawl. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any parties, loud disturbances, or unauthorized events. Smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping) and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property, with a $250 fee if evidence is found. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized, with a $250 fee for unauthorized pets. The maximum number of guests is 12, and all guests must be listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $250 fee will apply for lost, damaged, or missing keys, key fobs, or access devices. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, or security cameras, as a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system. Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after check-out time unless prior permission is granted. If check-out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at the base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day.
