The double sink, countertops, electric range, and dishwasher are all recently updated, and a double oven, a full-size refrigerator, and a countertop microwave are also included. The rest of the home has wood floors. Both bedrooms are spacious with natural light, with big closets that have roomy built-in shelving. The hallway has another closet and a huge linen closet. The bathroom has updated Jack and Jill sinks and a full-size tub and shower. The full-size laundry room has a bright window, a big sink, and a broom closet. Washer and dryer are included as is (no owner warranty). This home has a 3-zone remote-controlled mini-split heat and AC system that will keep you comfortable! It is being offered at $2750 per Month with a One-Year Lease Term. Security Deposit of $2750 will be due at time of acceptance offer. The first month’s rent, in full, will be due on or before the lease start date. The second month’s rent will be prorated accordingly and due on the 1st of the second month. Pets may be considered, upon owner approval and on a case-by-case basis.
