Parking options include short-term parking at a Green P parking lot at 201 Claremont St., just north of Dundas. Long-term temporary parking permits may be obtained for 24-hour, 48-hour, and weekly on-street parking. Street parking is subject to availability, with options on Claremont St. and Manning Ave. (watch for signed hourly restrictions). The apartment does not allow pets, parties, or excessive noise. If the apartment is left in an exceptionally messy state, a charge of $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required will be applied.
