Smoking or vaping is permitted outside as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows; the smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is allowed after this time.
