The surrounding area, including the Elk River and provincial parks, is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, fly-fishing, and golfing. A vehicle is needed to access the property. The hot tub area is currently undergoing hefty renovations, and construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, which may result in construction noise during these hours. The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances, and no refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control. Quiet time is observed from 11 pm to 8 am, with a minimum $200 fine for complaints to the strata. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, decks, balconies, or courtyards. Pets and parties are not allowed. Sports equipment, including bikes, skis, and boards, may not be stored inside the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules, with a fine of up to $1000 issued if house rules are not obeyed, and you could be asked to vacate. If staying for work, do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit, and do not bring work materials or supplies. A minimum of $50 per hour will be charged if carpets are found to be coal or dirt stained and require steam cleaning, including communal areas. Laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes is not allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. A minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom will apply if laundry is stained beyond recovery or the unit is found excessively dirty. Dark laundry sets are available upon request when booking to help prevent staining; late requests may incur a change-over fee. If you have any kind of allergy, reach out to us prior to booking.
