Step outside to the screened-in pool deck with a private pool and spa, a gas BBQ grill, and outdoor dining furniture. The fully air-conditioned game room is the social heart of the villa, featuring a pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, chess, arcade games, life-size games, and board games, all complemented by a 55-inch Smart TV. This property is pet-friendly, with a pet deposit of $200 plus $39 per day per pet, with a limit of 2 pets per household.
