There are also regular outlet plugs in this closet for a dryer unit that can run off of a regular outlet plug; there is no 220v outlet available and running to propane gas is also not feasible at this time, but a regular outlet plug in dryer could be a possibility, but it would be for the tenant to evaluate and research further on their own, and at their own expense, with owner's approval to do so ahead of time.
