Should they cause any noise disturbance, please notify us promptly. In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. No glass, alcohol, or smoking is allowed in the sauna ($500 fee). No food or beverages other than water are allowed ($500 fee). Turn off the sauna upon exiting ($500 fee if left on). Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
