Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. A maximum of 3 vehicles may park on the designated area.
