There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $300. Trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle; failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations.
