Nestled on the edge of Claremont Canyon Nature Preserve, your hillside abode is also only a 3-minute walk to the quiet, forested hiking trails of Garber Park. The house features three elegantly appointed bedrooms, including two master suites. The third bedroom is only a few steps to its own full bathroom. There is also a small fourth bonus room attached to one of the master suites, which contains a twin-over-full bunk bed. All three bedrooms and the bonus room have doors onto the decks. The bonus room has smart lock access just like the front door to the house. You will have the entire 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home to yourself during your stay. The living room and lower left bedroom have motorized roller shades. Do not pull on the shades as this will break the gears in the motors; use the remote controls provided on the wall in each room.
