Once tours are complete an application will need to be filled out and approved. 4. Move in can be as soon as February 1, 2026. There may be an opportunity to work directly with the owner on reduced rent in exchange for handyman and caretaking support related to the onsite vacation rental. Homicide and related offenses, and stalking. The landlord accepts Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSRs) in compliance with Colorado’s ‘Rental Application Fairness Act.
