(Utilities paid by tenant include only garbage and propane.). NO PETS. Security Deposit equal to the rent. All adults planning to live in unit must apply separately, maximum number of occupants limited to two (2). Application processing fee is $40.00 per applicant and is non-refundable. Applicants must provide proof of gross income at least three times (3x) the rent. CHECK OUT KEYS with cash deposit and photo ID M-F 9am-3pm. Must be returned before 5:00PM. Office is closed weekends and holidays but special appointments may be available.
