Parking is available for up to 6 standard vehicles only, and is not allowed on the street, only in the driveway of the house. Located just minutes from the best restaurants, shopping, fishing, and entertainment in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, yet tucked away in a private gated community, Southern Exposure offers the perfect blend of fun, convenience, and relaxation. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No Pets are allowed on the property. NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am.
