The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel and custom appliances, including a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Enjoy a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and essential supplies, with a large dining area on the main floor offering island seating and bar stools. Premium linens and pillows are provided for all sleeping arrangements, along with spacious closets with hangers and nightstands with reading lamps. The property includes three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, stocked with cotton pads, Q-tips, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This property is dog-friendly. The property is conveniently located 3 minutes to McDonald's, 5 minutes to Highway QE2, 5 minutes to No Frills & Walmart, 5 minutes to Chinook Winds Regional Park, 8 minutes to CrossIron Mills Shopping Centre, and 15 minutes to Calgary International Airport. Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property premises, including inside the home, on balconies, decks, patios, porches, or in the backyard/yard area. A $250CAD fine will be charged if smoking occurs. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost. Failure to sort waste will result in a $100 fee. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests are responsible for any additional third-party disposal charges. If a visit to the property is requested and the issue is determined to be the guest's responsibility, a fee will apply. Non-emergency visits for minor concerns may also incur a fee. Guests are asked to troubleshoot minor issues before requesting assistance. For same-day reservations, the unit may not be prioritized for immediate preparation, and standard check-in times are not guaranteed. Access to the unit is subject to cleaning and preparation status. By confirming a same-day reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of delayed access. Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes. Alterations, such as date, guest, or stay-length adjustments, follow the same terms as our cancellation policy and are subject to host approval. Electrical breaker is a last resort. Do not try to fix or troubleshoot any issues with plumbing, appliances or electrical. Do not touch unless instructed otherwise. Host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences (e.g., maintenance, fire alarms, or amenity restrictions). If notified in advance of significant disruptions, the host will inform guests and only accept bookings with their approval. Full refunds will be provided if unit is unusable. No temporary or permanent fixtures (e.g., tarps) are allowed. Do not tape or pin decorations to walls or furnishings. Do not put food or debris down sinks, even with garburators. Guests will be responsible for any resulting plumbing issues. Be mindful of locking bathroom doors from the outside. Costs associated with locksmiths will be the responsibility of the Guest. Tampering with safety devices/equipment will be warned only ONCE. 2nd notification will be a call from us directly, and 3rd offense will be asked to leave. NO parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music. Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request. No shoes inside. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. The use of the mailbox is not included with property. We can arrange for a PO box to be set up prior to your arrival on inquiry. Fees may apply. If items are left behind after a stay the Guest will need to arrange with the Host to collect them within 14-days of the Guests checkout date. If shipping is required a fee of $50 plus postage will be charged prior to the items being shipped.
