The Wharf at Orange Beach features boutiques, restaurants, a marina, and an amphitheater. Orange Beach Waterfront Park is a serene park with picnic areas, a fishing pier, and a playground. Visit the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Fort Morgan Historic Site, or Dauphin Island. Beach towels are not provided. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of the properties. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. A roof renovation project is taking place from January 1 to March 1, and guests may experience loud construction noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals, as they are not covered by ADA.
