The outdoor spaces are just as inviting, with courtyards, patios, BBQ grills, seating areas, and firepits perfect for gathering under the New Mexico sky. Sofa bed linens are available upon request for a $25 fee. Off-street parking is limited and varies by house, with one vehicle allowed in a studio and 1-bedroom house and two vehicles in a two or more bedroom house. If you use extra linens for any air mattresses or sofa beds and have not paid the ‘additional guest’ fee, there will be a charge of $25 per linen set. Located near Santa Fe’s Railyard District, Complejo de Closson places you within easy reach of the city’s rich history, vibrant art scene, and renowned dining experiences. The compound itself has a story to tell—it was once a Chinese laundry, a slice of Santa Fe’s colorful past.
