The fully equipped chef's kitchen features a large island with bar seating for 3 and brand-new appliances including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and a smart refrigerator with a built-in speaker and touchscreen TV. The main level boasts three living areas: a sofa lounge with two single sofa beds, a dining area, and a wood-burning fireplace. An intermediate level offers a sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden, perfect for reading or enjoying board games. The upper level contains two bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. A full bathroom on the upper level includes a shower, bathtub, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen opens to a screened outdoor living and dining room with heaters, seating for 8-10, and a dining table for up to 8. A propane BBQ and a firepit are also available in the large yard.
