Employment: Six months current employment with verification and stability and/or employment history must have a good pattern if new job. 6. Applicants must have an established rental history. No NSF checks or late fees to a prior or current landlord. a. Exceptions may be made for both first-time renters or for those moving from home ownership to a rental situation. b. In some cases a co-signer may be required. 7. If applicants are applying as roommates, denying one applicant will result in all applicants being denied. All applicants 18 years or older must fill out and submit a separate online application. 10. All applicants will pay a $50.00 application fee. 11.
