Please ask about your dog's breed upfront, prior to filling out an application, as once we screen your application, the $50 application fee will NOT be refunded. We do charge a $500 non-refundable pet fee. We require the tenant to carry $100,000 in Liability Insurance. Once we screen your application, the $50 application fee will NOT be refunded, whether you are approved OR denied.
