Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. Located less than a 10-minute drive to St. Augustine's historic district, this home offers easy access to local attractions and amenities. Whether you're exploring the historic sites or enjoying the nearby beach, you'll find plenty to do in the area. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
