The kitchen and living room share one large space with herringbone wood floors, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. Guests can enjoy a complimentary cocktail at Bar Saeso's Cantina upon arrival. Cold drinks are available for purchase in the refrigerator for easy access. Located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati's Pendleton neighborhood, The Carriage House is just steps from all the entertainment and nightlife OTR has to offer, with plenty of historical Italianette charm. You can walk almost anywhere in OTR from this location, and the streetcar has a stop just a block and a half away on Main Street. Guests should be aware that Bar Saeso's patio is busy and plays music during operating hours, but closes at 10:00 pm to allow for a quiet late evening. Parents may find the proximity to Bar Saeso and the lively patio environment unsuitable for children. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violating this policy may result in prosecution for criminal trespassing. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am; amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and flames are not allowed in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in reservation termination without refund.
