CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/Uber ride away, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. This apartment also offers easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
