Credit History Applicants must demonstrate a satisfactory credit history and established pattern of meeting financial obligations. Outstanding landlord collections, utility collections, unpaid housing-related debt, judgments related to housing obligations, or accounts demonstrating a pattern of non-payment may result in denial. Medical collections will not be considered. Additional security deposit, or other conditions may be required based on overall application strength, where permitted by law. 5.) Rental History Applicants must provide verifiable residential rental history from current and/or previous housing providers, if applicable.
