Take in the ocean air from the enclosed patio with lounging furniture or admire views from the upstairs balcony. Two dedicated parking spaces are available. Guests can enjoy the two-story privately fenced patio with a hammock and two egg chairs on the top level, and outdoor seating for 5 with a water fountain on the bottom level. Located on Okaloosa Island, this townhouse offers easy access to a wide range of island activities, restaurants, and bars. It's situated between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, with Beach Access #1 and its boardwalk just a short walk away, leading directly to the Gulf's sandy beach and the intercostal waterway. The Santa Rosa Sound is also easily accessible. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is about a 10-15 minute drive to Destin. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is within walking distance. This townhouse has a steep staircase that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the patio and balcony. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions and a 4-digit access code. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Shoes should be removed when inside the home. Please be mindful of tropical bugs and critters. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property.
