No smoking is permitted inside; detection of smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee plus any damage costs. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM; one warning will be issued, and the first disturbance after the warning results in a $500 fee and cancellation. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed; violation results in an $800 cleanup fee plus damage charges and possible termination of stay. Use or possession of federally banned substances is prohibited, leading to immediate cancellation and eviction with no refund.
