The second bedroom is equipped with a twin bunk bed, a queen-size bed, dresser, closet, and TV. A second bathroom with a shower/tub combo is accessible from the hallway. Relax in the cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa and seating for the entire group, complete with a large smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing in-home meals. Enjoy ocean waves from your private screened-in porch with cozy seating and garden views. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary coffee for the first morning, and free parking with a space right out front. Guests have access to two community pools with chic cabanas and a private beach walkway. Beach gear supplies are also available. This condo is nestled on beautiful Anastasia Island, offering a laid-back, breezy vibe ideal for escaping the crowds of St. Augustine's downtown area, which is just 10-15 minutes away. Step out your door and walk along the private path to the boardwalk and onto the white sandy beach. Anastasia Plaza, with a Publix supermarket, restaurants, and a Starbucks, is an easy 15-minute stroll away. Nearby attractions include the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum and Anastasia State Park, featuring 4 miles of white quartz sand beaches perfect for bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. Kayak or stand-up paddleboard rentals are also available. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. No parties or events are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are liable for any and all property damage. While children over the age of 2 are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour.
