Please note there is no water hook up to fridge available and no dishwasher space or hook up available in this home. Washer and Dryer hookups are available in the attached shed unit right outside the front door to this home, dryer hookup can be either natural gas or electric. Landscaping will be included in rent and done at the owner's discretion throughout the tenancy. Any personal pots or plants will be tenant's responsibility, may need owner's permission beforehand, and must have drip pans underneath them and not cause any damage or staining to home or property. Water, Gas, and Trash are all included with rent. Utilities Not Included, which will be tenant responsibility, are: Electric through SDG&E.
