The open loft offers a king bed while the guest bedroom, which is closed off to the loft offers a queen bed with en suite. The second full bathroom is located on the first floor. Located on picturesque Julia Street, this home places you just steps from the restaurants, galleries, and nightlife of Duval Street, while still offering the comfort of a quiet residential setting. Important Notice: Some booking platforms may not correctly display our security deposit requirements. This contract is based on a $125 non-refundable damage protection plan in place of a $5000.00 refundable security deposit; if you prefer to pay the $5000.00 deposit instead, please let us know.
