All animals, including ESAs and service animals, will be screened through pet and must be up-to-date on vaccinations (for cats - FVRCP; for dogs – rabies), spayed or neutered, and licensed, as required, by the county. The nonrefundable pet screening fee is $30/pet, and must be renewed annually. All dogs subject to approval of breed and personality. (No pit bulls, ASTs, dobermans, Huskies, German shepherds/Belgian Malinois, or other aggressive breeds). Renter's Insurance is required. If Tenant fails to provide proof of Renter's Insurance, they will be required to pay $15/month Liability to Landlord Insurance fee. Lease Terms: 1 year lease. Shorter terms will be considered at a higher rent. Deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
