Two guest bedrooms each have a queen memory foam bed, and the master suite is complete with a king bed and a large flat-screen TV, along with a private attached bathroom. Two off-street parking spaces are available, and pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay for one dog under 50 lbs, provided the dog is up-to-date on vaccinations, has flea treatment, and is potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet and for cleaning up pet feces. Complimentary first morning stock of coffee is provided. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. The home is suitable for children and infants. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Furniture and décor should not be moved from their original positions. Guests are liable for any property damage.
