This villa has its own 2-car garage and the community has a great swimming pool. It offers direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for fishing, dolphin watching, or swimming. This 4-bedroom villa is located on a dead-end street and is right on the canal. As you enter the house, you will find a cozy breakfast nook on your right-hand side. The kitchen is well equipped and the connecting dining room area offers enough room to host your group. The living room has a comfortable couch and a large TV. This villa has free Wi-Fi. On the back porch is a nice dining set and a barbecue, a nice place to enjoy your drinks and watch the boats go out and come in to the Marina. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king-size bed and its own TV. The master bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub. You will also find a half-bath on the first floor. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has two twins and they share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft), you can rent a boat slip, which is located behind your house. You have free access to all parts of TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort like your backyard, the swimming pool with pool deck, the board walk, or the fishing pier. If you are with more guests, please do not park the cars on the grass next to the house (or another house). Coming into the subdivision, there is a large vacant spot towards the trees on the left side. Please park the cars and boat trailers in that area. See signs.
