Additional amenities at the Oasis include a large grotto-style hot tub, hammock island, sandy beach area, and the Oasis Grill & Tiki Bar. A sand volleyball court is also available. A shuttle service transports guests between the condos and the Oasis pool area. Parking includes one reserved numbered space on the top level of the west parking garage “Blue Heron,” plus one additional unmarked space. The Wharf offers a lively mix of dining, shopping, and entertainment, all just steps from your door. Nearby attractions include the Ferris Wheel at The Wharf, AMC Classic Wharf 15, the Orange Beach Event Center, dolphin cruises, Adventure Island, Gulf State Park, Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, Cotton Bayou Beach Access, and Orange Beach Waterfront Park. There is no smoking in the unit/house or on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, with only ADA-compliant service dogs allowed.
