The unit is currently furnished, and can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. Note that this is an in-law suite attached to the main house. You will have your own entry. The suite shares a wall with the main house. The house currently has 1 adult, 1 child, and 2 cats (one indoor, one outdoor). No smoking or vaping allowed in the house or on the premises. Access: There are 22 stairs from the street to the house.
