Gather around the dining table for family dinners, board games, or late-night snacks. Parking is available for 2 cars. Pets are allowed — up to 2 dogs weighing under 45 pounds each. Enjoy the shared community pool or take a quick stroll across the street to the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach. The neighborhood connects directly to the Gulf State Park trail system, perfect for biking, walking, or exploring nature. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Traveler must be at least 23 years of age to make a reservation. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking. Smoking is not allowed in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Parties are not allowed.
