Inside, you’ll find spacious interiors and a suite of amenities designed with wellness and entertainment in mind. Unwind in the full-body massage chair after a day of adventure, catch a movie with the large projector in the theater room, or keep up your routine in the private workout room. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, and the third bedroom is outfitted with a charming bunk bed—perfect for little ones. A dedicated office room provides a quiet, focused space for remote work or creative projects, making it easy to stay productive in a peaceful setting, and a fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything needed to prepare meals and gather with ease. Whether you're here for rest or recreation, this guest house delivers the perfect balance. Step outside to the peaceful backyard, breathe in the fresh evergreen air, and enjoy the serenity of your surroundings. Ideal for families, or a quiet getaway with friends, Evergreen Haven is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place to reset. Please note: There may be an RV parked at the end of the driveway near the street. It may occasionally be occupied by the property owners, who travel often and are rarely on site. Their presence will not affect your privacy or use of the home. Pet Policy: This is a Dog-friendly home & dogs are only accepted with an applicable pet fee per pet (Limit 2) & prior agreement. No cats or other pets allowed. Please note that there are neighbor dogs, chickens and livestock running loose in the neighborhood. All dogs must be kept on a leash outside (The backyard is NOT fully fenced). This is a vacation rental, please call regarding availability. Term from 1 to 6 months considered. Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit online, submitted the application and paid the fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Please check our website for more info: Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs $12 per month if you use ours. We require first, last and deposit to move in. $1000 deposit represents refundable security and prepaid cleaning fee.
