Pool and spa heating are available for a fee of $40 per day with a two-day minimum. A small charcoal grill is provided upon request, free of charge, but must be requested before arrival. For a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, please contact the host. Small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 fee per pet, except for legal service dogs with proper documentation. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway and up to two cars in the garage, with overflow parking 250 feet away.
