This home features eight bedrooms. This home offers an open floor plan kitchen fully equipped, a dining room for eight, a living room with large couches, a game room, and a pool area. All TVs are smart, and there are TVs in every bedroom. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. There is a fee of $40 per day for pool and spa heating, with a two-day minimum. Please advise the host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided upon request before 5 pm. Contact us if you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear. This house fits two cars in the driveway, and overflow parking is about 250 feet down the same road. This house has the option to park up to two cars inside the garage. Enjoy MargaritaVille Sunset walk five minutes away or go to Oldtown Kissimmee and experience all kinds of fun. Walt Disney World® is 6.5 miles away, Universal Studios® is 20 miles away, Sea World® is 17 miles away, the Shopping Outlet is 15 miles away, Orlando Airport is 29 miles away, and the Supermarket is 1.5 miles away. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed, with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt, and proper documents are needed to waive the fee.
