Rentals are for 30+ days and rates are: Dec $13k, Jan-Feb $15k, March-April $17k, May $12k, June-Sept $10k, Oct-Nov $12k. Jan-March 2026 are booked. 30+ day lease term only- fully furnished and equipped- $400 credit given per month towards gas & electricity, overages deducted from $3,000 security deposit- must complete application, including credit and rental history- 50% deposit in order to reserve dates, and balance due 60 days prior to first day of lease- no refunds given 60 days prior to rental term.
