The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a luxury mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and two sinks. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided. Two additional bedrooms each have queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the upper floor with the bedrooms. Bring your pups, as the back and side yard are fully fenced in. A back patio with lounge seating and a grill is available. Garage access is not permitted. This townhome is centrally located to great restaurants, breweries, and Publix. You'll be just a 7-block walk to the beach, directly down the street. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations.
