Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages. The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking. Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Turn right into the security gate. Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. Trash pickup occurs on Monday mornings around 6 AM. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you can start one load of laundry, that would be appreciated, but it's not mandatory. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
