Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and a $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property at any time. There is a $400 fee for smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances inside the property, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odors are found. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and unregistered guests will incur a $40 fee per person per night. A $50 fee will apply if you check out more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice or approval. An additional $50 will be charged for every subsequent 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
